About Ventron
A company that builds things, then runs them.
Ventron is a technology and business company based in Hisar, Haryana. It owns and operates its own products — Haazri for HR, attendance and payroll, KhaoPiyo for café and restaurant counters, Hisar Connect for finding local services — and Ventron Aqua, a customized packaged drinking water brand that has nothing to do with software at all.
Alongside those, we build custom software, AI and automation for other businesses. Running our own products is what makes that work good: we know what it costs to live with a shortcut, because we are the ones still supporting it a year later.
Principles
What we hold ourselves to
Own the thing, not just the invoice
We build businesses we have to keep running — products with customers, support and consequences. That changes every decision, including the ones we make for clients.
A system should absorb complexity
The mess belongs inside the system, not on the user's desk. If a tool makes people work around it, the tool has failed — however impressive its feature list.
Technology where it earns its place
AI and automation go in when they remove real work — reading documents, answering from data, taking the retyping away. We're equally honest about where they don't help yet, and about the problems that aren't software problems at all.
Build like an owner
We build our own products, so we know what it costs to live with shortcuts. That standard — auditable, secure, maintainable — applies to everything we ship for others.
Where we are
An emerging company, deliberately
Ventron is young, and we'd rather tell you that than perform scale we don't have. What we do have: products of our own in active development, systems already engineered across HR, retail, document intelligence and automation, and a standard of work we refuse to dilute.
Being small is a feature at this stage — every project gets senior attention, decisions are made in days not committees, and nothing is handed off to someone who doesn't care.
We operate from Hisar, Haryana, and work with businesses across India — remotely by default, and in person where it helps.
The ambition is straightforward: build a family of products and businesses under the Ventron brand — software where software is the answer, and other kinds of business where it isn't — and earn a reputation for work that people can bet on.

Who's behind Ventron
Founder
Vineet Sharma
Vineet founded Ventron to build things that reduce complexity for real businesses, and to run them rather than hand them over. He leads design and engineering across Ventron's products, its ventures and its client work — keeping the company small, senior and hands-on by design.
