About Ventron
What is Ventron?
Ventron is a technology company based in Hisar, Haryana, India. We design and build custom software, SaaS products, AI-powered tools and business automation for businesses — including our own products, Haazri (HRMS and payroll) and KhaoPiyo (café POS).
Is Ventron a software company?
Yes. Ventron is a software and technology company. It is a company and brand — not a medicine or a product in any other industry that happens to share the name.
Who founded Ventron?
Ventron was founded by Vineet Sharma, who leads design and engineering across the company's products and client work.
Where is Ventron based?
Ventron is based in Hisar, Haryana, India, and works with businesses across India.

What we build
What kind of software does Ventron build?
Custom software, SaaS platforms, AI-powered tools and business automation — spanning web and mobile applications, POS and billing systems, HRMS and attendance, dashboards, and workflow automation.
Do you build mobile apps?
Yes. We build responsive web applications, progressive web apps (PWAs) and mobile apps, choosing the approach that fits your users and budget rather than defaulting to the most expensive option.
Do you actually use AI, or is it just marketing?
We use AI where it measurably removes work — document understanding, assistants grounded in your own data, and workflow automation. We say so plainly when AI doesn't add value. Intelligence is a feature, not a costume.
Can you work with our existing systems and data?
Yes. We build integrations with the tools and databases you already use — payments, GST, accounting, WhatsApp and more — so new software fits your operations instead of replacing everything at once.
What products does Ventron make?
Our own products include Haazri (HRMS, attendance and payroll for Indian SMBs), KhaoPiyo (a café POS and operations platform), Hisar Connect (a local service-providers directory for Hisar), and CertifyAI (certificate and document automation).

Working with us
How does a project work?
In four stages: discover (understand your process), architect (data and system design before screens), engineer (short build cycles with working software you can touch early), and operate (monitor, refine and extend in production). Engagements are milestone-based.
How much does a project cost?
It depends on scope and complexity — there's no single price for custom software. We scope honestly and price against agreed milestones. We wrote a full guide on what drives the number.
How long does a project take?
A focused tool can ship in a few weeks; a standard business app in two to four months; a larger platform longer, usually phased. Timeline scales with scope and integrations.
Do you provide support after launch?
Yes. Launch is the midpoint, not the finish. We monitor, fix and extend software in production, and hand over documented, maintainable code so you're never locked in.
Who owns the code and the accounts?
You do. You own the code, the data and the accounts. We build handover-ready systems you can continue to evolve, with us or without us.
Do you work with startups and small businesses?
Yes — much of what we build is for small and mid-sized businesses in India. We keep the company small and senior, so you work directly with the people building your software.

Products & specialties
What is café POS software?
Café POS software runs the counter — billing, orders, kitchen tickets, digital menus and daily sales — in one system. Our own café POS, KhaoPiyo, adds QR ordering, loyalty and analytics for cafés and casual-dining restaurants.
What should café POS software include?
For a small café: fast counter billing, QR ordering and a digital menu you can edit in seconds, kitchen tickets (KOT/KDS), GST-ready invoices, and simple loyalty and daily reports. Speed and a clean kitchen flow matter more than feature count.
What is an HRMS?
An HRMS (Human Resource Management System) brings attendance, leave, shifts, payroll and employee records into one connected system instead of spreadsheets. Our HRMS, Haazri, focuses on geofenced attendance, leave and shifts, and payroll computation for Indian SMBs.
What does Haazri manage?
Haazri handles geofenced mobile attendance for office and field staff, leave and shift management, and payroll computation from CTC to net with allowances and deductions, plus employee self-service — one auditable system for Indian SMBs.
What is Hisar Connect?
Hisar Connect is a local service-providers directory for Hisar — an Android app and website where you can browse and find electricians, plumbers, AC services and more by area, then call or WhatsApp them directly. It's built and operated by Ventron, in English and हिन्दी.
What is geofenced attendance?
Geofenced attendance lets staff check in from a mobile app while the system verifies their location is within an approved site boundary — so field and multi-site teams can mark attendance without fixed biometric hardware.
How does QR ordering work in a café or restaurant?
Guests scan a QR code at the table to open a digital menu, order themselves, and it flows straight to billing and the kitchen — no waiting for a server to take it. We cover it in detail in our guide on how QR ordering works.
How does AI workflow automation work?
It embeds AI inside a working process — reading documents, extracting structured data, classifying or summarising at volume — and routes decisions to people where judgement matters. It removes routine reading and retyping, not the people.
When should a business build custom software?
When off-the-shelf tools force you to work around them — filling gaps with manual effort, duplicate data entry and compounding errors. If a process is core to your business and no product fits it well, custom software usually pays back the investment.
