Refund & Cancellation Policy

ventron.in is a company and marketing website. It does not sell products, run a checkout, or take subscription payments online, so you cannot be charged simply by using this site.

Where you engage Ventron for paid work — a software project, setup, onboarding, implementation, retainer or other service — the fees, deposits, milestones, invoicing, cancellation and any refunds are governed by the specific proposal or written agreement for that engagement.

Unless that agreement or applicable law requires otherwise, amounts already paid — including deposits and fees for work or milestones already begun or delivered — are non-refundable, except where a refund is expressly approved by Ventron in writing.

We set out fees and payment terms in writing before you commit, so you can decide before any money changes hands.

Ventron's products are billed and governed on their own domains, each with its own refund and cancellation policy:

• Haazri (HRMS, attendance & payroll) — haazri.ventron.in/refunds
• KhaoPiyo (café POS & operations) — khaopiyo.ventron.in/legal/refunds

The stance is consistent across Ventron: paid subscription amounts are non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law or is expressly approved by us. Cancelling a subscription stops future billing; it does not refund a period already paid for, and access continues to the end of the period you have paid for.
